Energie des vagues : Eco Wave Power et Painhas (Portugal), collaboration pour une centrale de 20MW

Le développeur d’énergie houlomotrice Eco Wave Power (société suédoise fondée à Tel Aviv en 2011) a signé une collaboration stratégique avec Painhas au Portugal pour l’octroi de licences au Portugal. Painhas, fondée en 1980, a plus de 40 ans d’expérience dans la fourniture de services d’ingénierie et de construction, d’exploitation et de maintenance pour le secteur de l’énergie au Portugal et dans d’autres pays, y compris dans les secteurs de la production, de la distribution et du transport d’énergie. Painhas fera partie intégrante du support technique nécessaire pour les procédures d’autorisation officielles pour le projet d’énergie houlomotrice de 20 MW prévu par Eco Wave Power au Portugal, dans le cadre du nouvel accord de concession signé par la société avec l’autorité portuaire de Leixões, APDL.
Helena Painhas, membre du conseil d’administration, a déclaré : «La société a pour mission de participer activement à la mise en œuvre de sources d’énergie renouvelables innovantes au Portugal. L’israélienne Inna Braverman, fondatrice et PDG d’Eco Wave Power, a déclaré : «Nous sommes fiers d’annoncer notre collaboration stratégique avec Painhas, expert de premier plan dans le secteur de l’énergie au Portugal. Une telle collaboration raccourcira nos procédures d’octroi de licences et nous permettra de passer à l’étape suivante de notre projet au Portugal« .

Painhas, which was founded in 1980, has more than 40 years of experience in providing engineering and construction, operation and maintenance services for the energy sector in Portugal and other countries (including Production, Distribution and Power Transmission sectors)
Painhas will take an integral part in the technical support needed for the official licensing procedures for the Eco Wave Power planned 20MW wave energy project in Portugal, as part of the company’s newly signed Concession Agreement with the Port Authority of Leixões, APDL.
Once licensing is obtained, the parties will work towards a continued collaboration for the execution of the project.
