IATI-Biomed 2015 : le succès de la filière israélienne des sciences de la vie

[:fr]Le secteur a reçu plus de 800 millions de dollars d’investissements en capital-risque en 2014. Si le dynamisme des start-up israéliennes dans la high-tech est bien connu, c’est loin d’être le seul secteur à susciter la convoitise. La filière des sciences de la vie fait elle aussi preuve d’une belle vitalité, révèle un rapport publié à l’occasion du Salon IATI Biomed, qui s’est tenu la semaine dernière à Tel-Aviv.

Composée de près de 1 400 sociétés spécialisées dans l’instrumentation médicale (à 53 %), la biopharma (23 %) ou les solutions connectées (20 %), cette industrie a reçu un niveau de financement record au cours de l’année écoulée. Après l’avoir longtemps boudé, le capital-risque a investi plus de 800 millions de dollars en 2014 dans le « biomed » israélien, souligne le centre de recherche IVC. Un chiffre en hausse de 55 % par rapport à 2013 et un bond en avant spectaculaire par rapport à une moyenne annuelle de 371 millions sur la période 2005-2011…

The 14th annual IATI-Biomed 2015, the premier international biomed conference in Israel, took place between May 12-14, 2015, at the Trade Fairs and Convention Center in Tel Aviv, Israel. “In addition to showcasing the Israeli spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation.” IATI life sciences report is on line.
