CDI, Beer Sheva (Israel): digital innovation for citizens of all ages

Center for Digital Innovation (CDI) is a leading-edge, novel, non-profit innovation center in Israel created through the collaborative efforts of some of Israel’s most outstanding entrepreneurs and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. We begin our journey with an eye towards Digital Healthcare, Healthy Aging, Education and Smart Cities. By converging academia, government and industry from Israel and around the world, we are able to address challenges from all angles with real-time guidance from the end users. Together, we will create opportunities to pioneer research, usher ideas to market and generate a whole new ROI, a high Return on Innovation (ROI).

Our global cross-sectoral partnership and collaborative framework with local communities allow us to be a unique 360° enabler for innovations and entrepreneurship in focused areas- Digital Healthcare, Healthy Aging, Education, and Smart Cities.

From Negev to the World. “Many have already said that Beer-Sheba currently finds itself developing at an accelerated rate to become the capital city of innovation in Israel. As part of this vision coming to fruition, the Center for Digital Innovation was established last August, the first of its kind in the world, at the Gav-Yam High-Tech Park for Advanced Technology in Beer-Sheba”, Ben Gurion University.
